Welcome to my site. I'm an artist based in west London, UK. I make compositions with strong sculptural qualities, including relief elements. They are inspired by the properties of my preferred materials - wood, linen, egg yolk, pigments, leather - and explore their unlimited potential configurations. My aim is the creation of extraordinary new objects which explore the interface between the world as it really is and the way we see it.

I also paint portraits and enjoy collaborating with my clients to create paintings that will be treasured and enjoyed for generations. I use one of the most ancient and durable painting media, egg tempera, and have developed a working technique which yields stunningly life-like images. For more information about portrait commissions please see the gallery "Portraits and figure paintings".
